How far in advance do I need to order?
Orders should be placed AT LEAST two (2) weeks before your scheduled event.
I'm in a hurry - What if I need to order with less than two weeks notice?
While I can't accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort too. Orders placed with a turn-around time of under 14 days will require a rush fee of 25%
Do you have an order minimum?
Yes - we require a minimum order of 1 dozen custom cookies. Need fewer? Stay tuned for a popup shop announced on my Instagram & Facebook page!
When is payment due?
For regular menu items, payment is due upon ordering. For custom cookies, a 50% retainer is due at time of order confirmation so that I can source your cute cutters, sprinkles and packaging. Your payment reserves your pick up date too!
Do you deliver?
Delivery within the Phoenix Metropolitan area can be scheduled for an additional fee.
What about Shipping?
We can ship via USPS within the State of Arizona. Shipping fees will be calculated at time of order. Also, freshness of shipped items can not be guaranteed.
I have allergies. Can I still order?
My baked goods are made with foods that can be known allergens (nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten). I do not currently accommodate allergy-conscious orders, but please do reach out - I may have a perfect referral for you!
